Alan carried out a level 3 survey on the house Im purchasing . He was very easy to get hold of and the whole process was nothing but convenient. I would highly recommend using Alan for your pre purchase surveys.

Alan produced an excellent report, explained in detail about the report for a non professional like me with patience and offered to be there if needed in future regarding clarification if any in future, could not recommend a better professional.

Alan was super efficient, honest, open and friendly. He supported us through the whole process and answered all of our questions that we threw at him.
