She also phoned after the survey to discuss the findings giving time to ask questions rather than just sending the report. Report arrived very quickly and was well written. Superb experience from beginning to end; I can't recommend Emma highly enough. She responded to my enquiry the same day, and discussed my needs over the phone to ensure I fully understood all options before proceeding. She was professional, warm, and explained rather complex concepts with a refreshing clarity.
