Chris from CRS Party Wall Surveyors got in touch with me promptly after my request, provided me with the relevant information to get started and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Emails were exchanged late at night as well as early in the morning, which really showed how hardworking and dedicated they are. Everything went really smoothly. Thank you for your work!
Chris was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was the first surveyor to respond to our initial enquiry and, from that point onwards, went above and beyond to help us. He always responded extremely quickly, even at unsociable hours, and was consistently willing to help with any questions we had. He explained everything clearly, made the whole process simple to understand, and kept us well informed throughout. His professionalism, knowledge and level of service were excellent from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and CRS Party Wall Surveyors.
Super efficient
Chris was excellent from start to finish. He returned my call within an hour of my online enquiry and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear, professional and honest manner. He explained the Party Wall process, the limitations of the Act and the options available to me without any pressure or obligation. I really appreciated the time he spent discussing my situation and the helpful guidance he provided. It’s rare to receive such prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris and CRS Party Wall Surveyors to anyone seeking honest professional advice. Thank you again.
A great local surveyor. Their experience helped us and the neighbour navigate the party wall agreement and did a good job on the Schedule of Condition.
