4.7 / 5 · 13 totalI had a dispute with my neighbour and I was quite unaware about party wall regulations. My neighbour had moved his driveway to for about half a feet to my driveway. In my opinions and the opinions of a number of people it was quite clear that he moved the border. He hired a surveyor from Mr Party Wall whom I found his professional behaviour and intergrity quite questionable. As I was frustrated, Tony stepped in and guided me throughout. He is qualified, professional and experienced. He is also quite knowdgeable and easy to work with until when we had an agreement. Unlike the other guy who paid unnecessary visits to increase the cost, Tony was reasonably priced and considerate. He was straight forward fromthe beginning and there were no surprises.
Had a very difficult and challenging time getting a Party wall award in place and Tony did a great job getting it there. He knows his stuff and will work hard especially when there is another surveyor involved. Would recommend him.
It's a year since Tony came to our home as. A neighbour built a party wall.in that time he has sent letters to the wrong address. Wrong person.give poor advice and misinformation.brought into question his knowledge.professional standards.duty of care. Decency honesty and integrity.after long periods of no action.we havnt heard from him since June 2020.He has left us high and dry. Bitterly disappointing.

I had an issue over a party wall and employed Tony to be an impartial surveyor to mediate between myself and my next door neighbour. Tony was very clear and knowledgeable about what our rights where and wanted the best outcome for all parties involved. He came out, social distance applied, accessed the party wall and work already started. He visited my neighbour too and talked through what the party wall agreement meant for her. Overall, I am pleased that I now have a party wall award and the building issue has been resolved. Even with lockdown and these current times, I received the award after 2 weeks.
Tony recently carried out a party wall survey for my house and explained the process in detail. The process was carried out quickly and I received the award documents within five working days.His work was done with professionalism and was appreciated.
We needed a professional and knowledgable partywall surveyor for a chimney breast removal. Tony was by far the most knowledgeable person for this job. I will highly recommend his services, he has fantastic customer service skills and is a lovely person. If I need a partywall surveyor again, I will be contacting Tony.
