Damp Proofing Solutions - Wolverhampton

Used these guys last year, they were great. Had Luke come around and he was very knowledgeable, able to describe what the problem was in simple terms and answered all of my questions. Excellent sense of humour as well. The guys who carried out the work did an excellent job! Highly recommend

DPS responded promptly to my query and able to get the work completed within a very satisfactory time scale. Gave a good estimate of the time involved and what we could expect. Worked well while they were here - efficient and friendly. Yes it was a messy job, but they did take care to minimise this. The job was expensive, but I had confidence that it was justified. (We had DPS to do some damp course work some years ago, again a good job was completed.... there was a bit of a problem a few weeks later and they responded to this really quickly and sorted the issue)

Contacted Damp Proof Solution's about a damp problem throughout the house, Sam one of the surveyor's came and did a full survey of the property and advised that we needed a new damp proof course doing. (she is brilliant) She even came and helped remove some of the items that needed moving for the team to access the rooms for treatment. The lads that came ( Scriv & Ben) were first class and carried out the treatment with no mess. Both of them were very engaging with us and very cheerful. All in all a first class job done. Very pleased with the firm, thank you all.

The politest trades people I've ever experienced courteous on time and did an excellent job. Similarly with our surveyor. Very personable professional and wanting to help find a workable solution. Great standard of work too

We had a issue with our flooring in the bedroom and the lads came and did the job for us,I was very happy with the work they did, they were very punctual, polite and did a fantastic job.I would highly recommend this company

I would highly recommend Damp Proofing Solutions, everyone we spoke with was professional and explained everything so we could understand the process. The work itself was done to an incredibly high standard and communication throughout was fantastic.

Very happy with job from start to finish. Very pleasant staff on the phone. Came to give quote when they arranged. Explained everything in detail. Arrived on time on the day the work carried out. Very little mess and took away all the rubbish.
