Precise Surveyors

I was recommended to Precise Surveyors by my nephew who had used them for his house purchase a couple of years ago. Why I wanted to use them was the fact that you could have a drone as part of the survey, to have a view of roofs/chimneys etc. Obtaining a quote was very easy (done online) and placing an order can be done immediately. The only downside was the wait for the survey to be done (which was approximately 3-4 weeks) but if you book early enough within the purchasing stages of your new home, this should not be an issue. The report was provided quickly after the survey and very thorough. I did have an issue with the sellers estate agents, which Jamie kindly advised me with. Excellent, smooth service, very helpful. I will be recommending to others in the future.
