David Cosby Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents

From the first time we contacted David Cosby estate agents until our last interactions they were very helpful, friendly and professional. The service they gave us was outstanding and we felt involved with the whole process. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone

We can’t recommend David Cosby enough for his prompt response to our need for a roof survey. David and his team went above and beyond to not only fit us in to his busy schedule, but to send across the report in such a short turn around. David took the time to talk through all of his findings and provided clear solutions to any issues that he found. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers but I honestly can't recommend David and his team highly enough.

We had Sadie with us and from the viewing to completion she and the team have been absolutely Amazing. Any questions we had they was answered and just a general friendly team thank you so much for getting us our first home. Callum and Nathaniel ❤️

We cannot thank David Crosby Estate Agents enough for the outstanding service and support we received throughout the purchase of our house. From the very beginning, communication was excellent—keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions or provide updates. Their dedication, professionalism, and determination to keep the chain moving were exceptional. It was clear they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for everyone involved and consistently went above and beyond to help overcome any challenges along the way. Big shout out to Natasha !! Even when the bottom of the chain collapsed and we had to start again, which only made the process even more stressful, but their reassurance, persistence, and hard work made the process so much easier. Without their efforts, we genuinely believe we would not of moved into our dream home. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile. Thank you Natasha and the team

Without a shadow of a doubt the best estate agents you could ask for. The key differentiator is post sale; their interactions with the solicitors to keep things moving is just amazing. They have been significantly more helpful than my own solicitors. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! David Cosby have been brilliant throughout the entire process. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is clear straight away, especially with the high-quality photography and property scanning technology they use! - Which is far beyond anything we’ve seen from other local estate agents. The communication from the whole team has been fantastic, always keeping us informed and making sure everything runs smoothly. They genuinely care about providing the best possible customer experience. A special mention to Gareth, who has been amazing throughout — Incredibly knowledgeable and professional! We honestly couldn’t recommend David Cosby more highly to anyone in Northampton and the surrounding areas. Thank you again to the whole team!
