Helped with my tendering documents, clear and concise and were really helpful/professional start to finish.
We have used this company now for multiple tendering projects and have won 90% of the tenders. I can’t thank especially Annabelle and Harrison enough they have been amazing.
Excellent service. Out project was quite a complex build in North London and we were extremely impressed with the breakdown and detial that was produced. The estimator we worked with gave us some time on the phone, so he could understand our labour rates and how we work; The pricing that came back reflected this. Highly recommended
Exceptional service from start to finish! The team provided accurate and detailed estimates that helped us stay on budget and avoid surprises during our project. Their professionalism and responsiveness were top-notch. Highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable and precise cost estimating services. We'll definitely be using them again for future projects!
I am an architect and have just started using My Build Estimate as a comparison tool with the tenders we are receiving. So far so good and in a format that make it very useful for my clients to understand too.
Really hate to do this but this review is now well overdue. Had a poor experience with my build estimate. Short story is that the estimate was so far off it was of no value at all. My build estimate came in at £636k. Real cost was around £380k. I accepted that sometimes these things happen and kissed goodbye to the £500 or so I paid. Then the really annoying thing happened. My build estimate kept hassling me for more work. Emails, phone calls, and now texts! I have twice explained very politely by phone that I was not happy with their service and asked not to be contacted. I have replied to texts (bit less polite) saying the same. I was assured by the phone callers that I would not be contacted anymore. It has become so frustrating that in my last text reply I made it clear I would review my build estimate on my experience with them if they did not stop hassling me. It has not stopped so here is my review.
Always amazing support and help from the team at my build estimate thanks GB Revell building contractors
