Lawrence went above and beyond: - Pre-inspection call to ask if I had any specific things to share with him to help him with the survey - Post-inspection call on the evening of the inspection to give a summary and allow for my questions - Prompt providing of the full detailed report within just a few days - we went for a RICS Level 3, so was very detailed

After reading the previous reviews, I decided to contact Gables, and from my very first conversation with Lawrence, I knew I had made the right choice. He took the time to explain his service and, more importantly took the time to understand why the survey was so crucial for us buying our forever home. I immediately felt that he was the right surveyor for us — and he certainly did not disappoint. From the outset, communication with Jennifer in the office was excellent. She was incredibly prompt, helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The survey itself was exceptionally thorough and meticulous. The call we had with Lawrence immediately after his visit, while we were waiting for the full written report, was invaluable. Being able to talk through the major issues and understand their significance straight away gave us a real sense of clarity at what was otherwise a very stressful time. Unfortunately, our purchase ultimately did not complete. However, the survey quite possibly saved us from taking on a property with issues that could have had a significant and detrimental impact on our young family. We are incredibly grateful to Lawrence and the whole Gables team. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, thorough and trustworthy surveyor.

I did my research and Gables came up 5 star. I was not disappointed. I would recommend Matt and Lawrence 100%. I received a comprehensive report with photos which was easy to understand. I was so happy to have used Gable surveyors for the property I was looking to buy, Lawrence & Jennifer are both thorough and professional in every aspect, while Jennifer dealt mainly with the admin side of things, Lawrence was hands on. I chose a level 2 survey but felt he offered a level 3 in my case. After the survey was done Lawrence went through his findings with me and explained all there was to know, he’s very knowledgable and thorough- highly recommended. Gable surveyors were absolutely excellent both professionalism speed detail of report writing and early feedback. They were very personalised and put the Customer first very good value too. Both Matt and Lawrence went and above and beyond to support us. The level of detail given both in the verb report immediately after the survey and in the final report itself was excellent it’s really good but there are still some traditionally Customer focused services left Would definitely recommend them.
