Harwood Surveyors Limited

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The survey was carried out promptly, and the report was incredibly comprehensive, detailed, and easy to understand. Everything was explained clearly, giving us confidence in the findings and helping us make informed decisions about our house purchase. Communication was excellent throughout, and any questions we had were answered professionally and quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable surveyor.

I received a first-class prompt, efficient and professional service from Harwood Surveyors. The verbal feedback I received on the survey report was clear, concise and easy for a layman to understand. The paper report was received within 3 days of the survey being undertaken and was comprehensive, well-written and detailed. I had no concerns with this firm from start to finish and have no problems at all highly recommending them to other persons. Thank you. Steve Evans

Fantastic service!!! Andrews professional, honest and very detailed survey gave us all the necessary information we required for our property purchase. Our level 2 survey was delivered within a few days and great value for money. Andrew and Gayle are always happy to answer queries over the phone/email when required so therefore, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommending to others. Thankyou.

Amazing firm. Friendly, efficient, thorough & knowledgeable staff. I can't see why anyone wouldn't chose them! Detailed, well-presented surveyor's report emailed as an attachment & posted too, despite being a 59 page colour document. Prior to this we also had a detailed yet jargon freee phone call with the surveyor post visit. A1 firm, highly recommend.

Fantastic communication. Clear transparent process. The surveyor Andrew made himself available after the report to clarify any information. The report itself was detailed showing a thorough job had been done. I was pleased with the service provided. Gayle ensured communication was prompt. Fabulous service overall I would highly recommend Harwood Surveyors

Really happy with the service from Andrew and Gayle. We went with them as were impressed with the online reviews and we wanted to use a local company who were office based. Added to that they were very affordable and much more competitively priced than our Estate Agent recommendation or online and Andrew was a refreshing change after being bombarded with online quotes and calls, and immediately felt as ease with his approach. Andrew kept us informed at all points of the survey and checked beforehand if we had any particular areas of concern. Andrew then contacted shortly us after the survey and took time to explain it in more layman terms. The report was extremely detailed Andrew was very helpful and reassuring going through the report and was on hand to answer a follow-up query we had. Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough.

A really good company to have your survey done by. Price is very reasonable Lovely to talk to and gave me a no nonsense answer and response with my survey. Would definitely recommend for first time buyers like myself.
