Booking a survey and the whole process was quite straightforward. Callum did a great job with the survey, gave us the report on time and was able to answer all our questions even a few weeks after delivering the report. The sellers also commented that he spent a lot of time checking everything and seemed surprised by how thorough he was. Was recommended WR Surveying by the estate agent selling the property we are purchasing, we contacted them and got a response very quickly, had a phone call with Tom he was very friendly and professional and gave good advice without being sales-ey or pushy, we had a level 2 survey done and he called as he left the property to have an in depth discussion about findings, we then had a very thorough, well laid out report sent over that evening, couldn’t recommend them enough they were amazing! Will deffo be recommending to any friends or family purchasing a house in the future!
