LHL GROUP

Fantastic service. Everyone was very friendly, professional and exceeded expectations.

We have used LHL Group a couple of times now when purchasing new property in Hull and every time have had a great experience. Their communication is spot on and we always receive the detailed reports back very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

Highly recommend. Extremely detailed and thorough report. Presentation of report was excellent and issues raised easily identifiable. Very efficient booking of survey and report received within a week. Extremely pleased with service and would definitely recommend.

This is the first time I’ve dealt with LHL Group and they’ve been extremely helpful and supportive. Sue Bryce was my first point of contact and she was very professional, always replying to emails and very helpful on the phone. I look forward to future dealings which I’m sure will be handled professionally.

We had a survey carried out on our flooring which we believe had been fitted to a sub-standard level of quality. LHL Group were incredibly thorough, diligent and informative throughout and produced a comprehensive, informed and impactful report in accordance with the required industry and governing body guidelines. We believe the work of LHL Group will significantly assist our cause in reaching a solution to our flooring issues.

LHL were extremely helpful, being patient with some initial issues with my phone not working when trying to work with them. Sue provided a thorough report in a timely fashion, as well as a call to talk me through the key aspects immediately after the survey, and was very clear on all aspects I needed to know.

We have had two surveys carried out by LHL and on both occasions we found our surveyor to be very approachable and helpful, going out of the way to respond to queries and explain the findings. This level of service is outstanding, thank you Richard.
