Daniel is an outstanding surveyor. At very short notice he surveyed a property for us and was very attentive and customer focussed. His survey was thorough and precise. He used his deep knowledge and acumen to identify issues and clearly explained how the building was constructed, what had failed and offered solutions for repair. He also suggested timelines for repairs and ideas for the sustainability of the property. The structural survey report was very articulate and facilitated open and objective negotiations with the seller of the property. A huge thank you to Daniel. His services are worth every penny.

Daniel was brilliant from start to finish. As a first time buyer I had no idea how anything works but he was extremely helpful and always easy to talk to. The Level 3 survey was really detailed and clearly explained, and he took the time to walk us through everything afterwards (twice), which made a big difference. Daniel provides a great surveying service. A ‘top man’. He surveyed a flat in a Victorian building for us. His verbal and written report were completely comprehensive and so easy to understand. He described all the issues found and explained the importance and relevance of each. He included an estimate of repair and improvement work should we decide to make improvements which has left us with a priority list to inform our ongoing development of the property. I would recommend him without reservation. If we move again (hopefully this will be our last and forever home) we will be using his services.
