He handled the drawings for both my current and proposed plans so I could get sign-off on some works, and he was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He asked all the right questions, provided a detailed draft, and then took the time to review everything with me to ensure accuracy. He turned around amendments quickly, was really conscious of my timelines, and his pricing was very reasonable. The plans were approved immediately with no follow-up questions, which was a huge win.
