I’ve used ZFN twice now (unfortunately the first sale fell through), and both times Fayyaz carried out the surveys. He was professional throughout, responded promptly, and delivered the reports quickly. The reports were very detailed, and it was clear he conducted a thorough inspection of the property. Will definitely recommend to others!

My girlfriend and I are first time buyers and wanted more information than the standard survey on a room by room basis with photographs setting out any problems so we could identify them with our contractors. Zaid was extremely helpful and provided a thorough survey which was really good value considering the amount of detail he put in.
