Zaid was very prompt in responding over text and volunteered some very helpful views on the basis of a few pictures I sent across, refusing to charge a fee given he did not think there was an issue. Fantastic service - thanks Zaid.
I’ve used ZFN twice now (unfortunately the first sale fell through), and both times Fayyaz carried out the surveys. He was professional throughout, responded promptly, and delivered the reports quickly. The reports were very detailed, and it was clear he conducted a thorough inspection of the property. Will definitely recommend to others!
We had a great experience with ZFN Chartered Surveyors. In particular, Zaid was extremely helpful, responsive and engaged. We were in a rush to understand our results, and he provided the high level view the day of the survey. He also completed the survey quickly. Zaid was available over WhatsApp for any follow up questions and we really appreciated the extra advice. I would highly recommend ZFN to a pre-purchase survey!
I had a great experience with ZFN Surveyors. Zaid in particular gave me very good advice and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered practical, honest guidance. He might well be the best surveyor I’ve spoken to in London. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ZFN Surveyors.
My girlfriend and I are first time buyers and wanted more information than the standard survey on a room by room basis with photographs setting out any problems so we could identify them with our contractors. Zaid was extremely helpful and provided a thorough survey which was really good value considering the amount of detail he put in. I would definitely recommend ZFN and Zaid to others and especially to first time buyers as the service he provided really helped give us more certainty in what can be a daunting process!
Extremely pleased with the level of communication, follow up and clarity of the homebuyers report that was produced. Fayyaz was great in answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. I would highly recommend. Many thanks again.
ZFN recently carried out a Building Survey for us on a property we are purchasing and we highly recommend them. They responded very quickly to all communications, carried out the survey with a short turn around time and most importantly provided a very detailed, easy to read and act upon report. Very professional, easy to work with and thorough with their work.
