Ascend Surveyors

Everything was amazing from start to finish. Mal was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Ascend Surveyors. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience from Mal. When I called up to find out if he could help us, he didn’t just book us in a date and hang up… he actually explained everything to me and took the time and then did the same in an email. Communication was great throughout! I had a phone call on the evening of to get a debrief on the survey and then a full report followed with every detail. Thank you!!

Had an L2 survey carried out recently and was really pleased with the service. The surveyor gave me a call on the day to talk through everything in detail, which I found very helpful. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally.

Great service and very helpful throughout on a personal and professional level. I chose the Level 3 survey for what I needed, and really appreciated the personal approach — the surveyor called me on the day, answered all my (awkward) questions clearly, and explained the main points to me. They also included a free drone survey, although the weather prevented it being completed (welcome to Manchester..). Would definitely recommend.

Great service throughout. The Level 3 Building Survey was thorough and easy to understand, and they quickly arranged a reinstatement cost assessment as requested by mortgage lender. Highly recommended.

Best professionals and very good service. They deserve 5 stars for their service and the price is very reasonable. Really appreciate the service and will recommend it.

Excellent service with no sales pressure. The office was very helpful throughout and showed genuine care. My L2 survey with drone survey was clear and professional. Highly recommended.
