Bradley Jones Associates Limited

Bradley was efficient, a good communicator, and wrote a survey report that went into enough detail for me to feel confident about moving forward with the purchase, while also being usefully aware of things that required urgent - or less urgent - attention. Thank you!

Friends who had recently moved recommended Bradley Jones to us and we've had a great experience. Bradley's communication was clear throughout and the report was comprehensive with great photos. He has been happy to answer questions and has been generally very efficient and friendly to deal with. We'd definitely use him again.

We received an extremely swift and professional service from Bradley Jones Associates. The level 3 report was coherent, very thorough and only included what was relevant. This allowed us to be able to make an appropriate and perspective decision regarding how we then planned to proceed with our house purchase. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Bradley was great, so glad I decided to use his services. He was very prompt, no chasing required, payment was swift & easy. Bradley went above & beyond with detailed follow up emails to my questions. He organised everything with the inspection directly with estate agent, so the whole process was seamless. His knowledge, skills & experience realy show in his report, which was excellently detailed & easy to understand. If I was to buy again I would definitely use Bradley.

Easy communication and quick turnaround

Really recommend Bradley Jones. My survey was conducted quickly, is very thorough and with useful opinions and suggestions, and I think is good value for money.

If you need a surveyor, Bradley is fantastic! Highly recommend him.
