Cadz Party Wall Surveyors FPWS

A client dealing with a party wall question found Nigel willing to give genuine advice shaped around their own circumstances, thinking from the customer's perspective rather than pushing a standard answer. Every query raised during the call was answered patiently, with the pros and cons of each option set out clearly so the matter could be considered from all sides.

That approach suits a practice handling party wall work, and its listed specialisms also take in architectural design, consultancy and structural engineering, pointing to wider technical input where a project calls for it. The same client said they would return to Nigel for future work, a signal of confidence in how the guidance was delivered.
