E D I Surveys Ltd

E D I Surveys Ltd, a land surveying firm in Ipswich, undertook floor plan work for a leasehold residential development, with the drawings used to support fire plans and zone planning requirements. The customer reported that the service ran professionally and efficiently from start to finish, that the survey information came across as clear and accurate, and that it arrived within the timescales agreed, which simplified the compliance and planning work that followed.

Communication during the project was also acknowledged. A second account, written from the standpoint of an observer rather than a client, raises a concern about how staff are treated, alleging that surveyors are belittled and that management holds an inflated view of itself; that account addresses workplace conduct rather than the surveying output. The recorded praise therefore centres on the floor plan drawings and the practical assistance they gave in meeting fire planning and zoning obligations.
