Peter was great. At least on par with gold crest surveys who we've used twice before but for more money. You guys include the estimation which is really handy and if I'm honest essential for bargaining power when negotiating with a seller. Keep up the good work! Well use you again.
Communication was often slow (responses to question after report) and at times confusing (initial quotation and booking in survey time). There was also no reference to the two things I had highlighted when booking when asked if there was anything in particular I wanted them to look at. Neatly designed survey report template.
Fourth Wall recently conducted a full building survey of a property we are in the process of buying. The whole process from appointment through to discussions, post-report, was exemplary. The survey was thorough and highlighted everything with emphasis on only those items that were particularly relevant. Loved the traffic light system. The Surveyor (Pete) was very attentive and answered all our subsequent questions very promptly and accurately and in everyday English. Would thoroughly recommend this company; we will be using again when the need arises.
