We used Holdens for a building survey on a listed property. Throughout the process, Mike and the team were in communication regularly. Mike took the time to explain the survey that would be done in advance, spoke to me on the survey day and then talked us through the findings at length. His insights in the discussion went beyond a standard survey and he was very helpful in pointing us to contacts and companies that could offer us further input.
