Excellent, responsive service. Exactly what I needed at a good price.

I have used The Home Report Company a few times for buying and selling. Andrew is friendly and knowledgeable. Good customer care from Andrew and the admin team. Unfortunately, they are not on my property purchasers mortgage provider, HSBC panel. Consequently, my sale is now delayed as I wait for a surveyor on their panel to contact me and arrange to visit to carry out a valuation survey of my property ☹️

Hello, Extremely disappointing business. They have put a lot of pressure and I have paid my EPC at 130£ straight away. One hour before the assessor was supposed to come today 25/11 at 11:00, I got a phone call from the admin team. He was finally not able to come. So, at the end, I have paid for a service. I still do not have any new date and time for the assessor visit. Nothing explained, no reason. I do understand that an employee can be off sick but given on the price of this service, I would expect them to provide another assessment. I have also taken a day off from work…useless. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE this company if you want an EPC. Please share this and do not hesitate to reach me out for further details. You will also see I put 5 stars reviews when I am happy with a business.
