Admin was quick when responding to my emails, and when answering the questions I had which was really helpful. The surveyors, Paul and Mlak Haughton were informative, and happy to answer the hundreds of questions we had ! it was nice to have surveyors that were able to make the defects they found digestible in terms of potential causes and solutions. I received the Level 3 report a week later which I really appreciated!. Would recommend

Paid £510 for a level 2 survey and was told we would get an email to book the survey with. We received no such email. Tried to contact the company via all phone numbers we could find - they either don't dial or go straight to voice mail. Also emailed every email we could find related to the company to no avail. Eventually we received an email about a week after paying with no contact saying that our postcode wouldn't be able to be covered, unsure why this was not checked before taking our money. The review was only given 2 stars and not 1 due to the apologetic nature of their email. I can not speak for the quality of the surveys but if it is a reflection of their customer service I wouldn't hold your breath.

Great service on doing my Level 3 Structural Survey. Quick turnaround with booking the property visit, and the extensive report has been ready in 1 week time. The phone line was often busy, but I have got practically instant responses via email. Highly recommend!

A good report. Very difficult to get in contact with anyone however - I feel they are understaffed. Paid a lot of money but difficult to seek help when needed.

Really great experience with these guys. It was super reasonable, they organised with the agent for access and got the report out once all the final checks were complete. Great communication throughout. The report was very detailed and gave fair recommendations which was brilliant. The report was organised clearly and easily able to follow it. For first time buyers this was super (as we have no idea what we are doing!) Really recommend this company.
