James provided us with a very detailed Level 3 survey on an older property. He was able to get out to the property, do the survey, and return the report within 2 weeks. Great detail and lots of helpful pictures provided! Chatted with us on the phone after and was overall very helpful.
I had some concerns about minor cracking in a wall and signs of damp. James came very promptly and did a thorough inspection. He found some issues which should be remedied and reassured us that there were no major faults in the structure of the house. Excellent professional service. Peace of mind restored!

Contacted James a few weeks ago to carry out a survey of a property. The detail and information supplied in the report is outstanding photos and descriptions of everything he came across, Alot of things I missed and overlooked on my viewing. Wouldn't hesitate to use james again.
