We recently had a Level 3 survey completed with John on an old house we are considering purchasing and we were extremely happy with the service he provided. John took the time to answer all our questions and his report was extremely detailed and comprehensive. He had clearly took a lot of time to survey the house when he was there and knew a lot of details the estate agent was unable to tell us. We were able to get booked in for a survey within 2 weeks of the initial call and the cost was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes we’d had. Without this survey we would have never known about all the potential issues with the house which could have cost us a fortune in the long run, so it was the best money we’d ever spent during our house hunt. I would highly recommend John to anyone and if we need another survey in the future we will definitely reach out to him again.
