MB Surveyors

Had an absolutely brilliant experience with MB Surveyors. I was blown away by Matthew's depth of knowledge and his diligence - he couldn't have done more. The report was phenomenally detailed and Matthew turned it around quickly and called to talk us through it after sending it over. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We received an excellent, efficient and thorough service from Matthew. He produced a thorough report and walked us through this over the phone, which we really appreciated. He came recommended to us via word of mouth and we wouldn't hesitate to use MB Surveyors again, and we'd be more than happy to recommend Matthew's services to friends/family.

Excellent service, thank you. Matthew produced a thorough report for our purchase and was happy to talk it through and answer our many questions. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and useful to have on our side.

Highly recommended. MB Surveyors completed a RICS Level 3 survey for me on a property in Harpenden. The report was thorough and easy to understand, with photos and annotations to visualise potential risks and issues. Matthew was also happy to pop back to the property to reinspect an aspect of it, have a call to answer questions, and provide additional advice via email. All in all, Matthew was very helpful and I’d recommend him and his company to anyone.

Matthew was able to conduct a level 3 survey on the property we were looking to purchase at short notice. His report was very thorough and detailed. We also gave excellent advice in a follow up call. Highly recommended.

We hired Matthew to carry out a level 2 survey on a prospective purchase in Harpenden. He was brilliant from the get-go - really thorough, consistently responsive, and super patient when we came back with a bunch of questions (mainly because of our own lack of understanding!). I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially if you're looking for the personal touch from someone who clearly cares very much about his business.

Highly recommended! Matthew was friendly, informative and professional. He responded and completed his survey very efficiently. He also offered a telephone consultation to go through his report which proved to be both helpful and reassuring.
