MBS-EXPERT - Measured Building Surveyor & Land Surveyor

Reliability and precision stand out in the feedback for this Peterborough-based surveying practice, with reviewers consistently highlighting accurate results delivered on schedule. A handful of customers describe work on measured building surveys and topographical surveys, noting that drawings were produced quickly and to a high standard. The speed from booking to receiving completed drawings is a point that comes up often, with one client observing that the turnaround was considerably faster than other firms they had approached.

Communication features prominently in accounts of the service, particularly the responsiveness and clarity provided by Dumitru, who is named in multiple reviews for keeping clients informed and making arrangements straightforward. Competitive pricing is also a recurring theme, with customers describing the quotes as fair and the overall service as good value.

Repeat business is evident, as one client mentions using the practice for two separate projects and being pleased with both the interaction and the survey quality each time. The professionalism of the team, the use of appropriate equipment to achieve precise measurements, and the confidence this gave clients in their projects are all mentioned. Reviewers note that deadlines were met without any reduction in the standard of work produced, and the consistent quality of information supplied has encouraged several to say they would engage the practice again.
