Parish Land Surveys
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A client with no earlier experience of commissioning a land surveyor required land-registry compliant plans for a site in Cambridgeshire, and Nick explained the technicalities of the survey over subsequent calls before producing the plans promptly, later assisting with boundary queries raised by the buyer.
A separate customer needed a topographical survey for a garden redesign and remarked on the depth of detail in the finished output. Nick, together with a colleague, completed the site measurements within half a day, and the resulting maps were supplied as pdf and cad files a short time afterwards. The service came across as friendly, combining clear explanation of the survey process with quick turnaround and accurate plans.

I needed a topographical survey for use on a garden redesign project and happened across Parish Land Surveys. I didn't really know what to expect but the content and the detail of the output was exceptional. Nick and a colleague came to measure up onsite and achieved so much in their half day, and had the output maps in pdf and cad files with me a couple of days later. Very friendly and exceptional service, thanks.
I had no experience of engaging a surveyor before but urgently needed a couple of new land-registry compliant plans for a site in East Cambs. I had the good fortune to find Nick's website and dropped him a line. In subsequent calls he talked me through the technicalities of the survey and provided two compliant plans in very short order. The buyer has since involved us in various quibbles over boundaries and Nick has been on hand to clarify and amend the plan as required. I have just been so impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Nick and Natalie. They are obviously in high demand but have always found the time for a phone conversation or a quick response by email whenever it was needed. Beyond his surveying expertise, Nick appreciates the bigger picture and knows where his work fits in with the lawyers and the various moving parts of the deal. This is invaluable for someone like me who has little knowledge in this area. Dealing with Parish Land Surveys has been a total pleasure and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
