After purchasing a lovely new build we wanted to ensure we had peace of mind with a full snagging, after looking into a few different companies we decided to use PSP. Communication was great from the start with Keith on email, very prompt on answers - this morning Keith was on time to the second he said he would be here, was here for a long time, no rushing and did a very thorough job. Extremely pleased with the level of care and attention he paid to our house, and his level of professionalism. Will be recommending to our future neighbours and friends who move to new builds in the future. Fantastic service from booking to completion. The developers wouldn't allow Keith into the property before we completed our house, so we had to wait until we had the keys. When Keith arrived he was very friendly and set us at ease straight away. Very thorough review of the property highlighting key issues. When the report arrived it was very detailed, with high quality photos and explanations of the issue, linking it to the relevant NHBC guidelines where appropriate. A great help in getting the developers to sort the issues and a big weight off us having to go round and check everything ourselves. Highly recommended!
