Fantastic customer service from Paul Delaney who went over and above for us today - helping us to make it all happen for our client at last minute! Highly recommended
We had Steven visit to give a survey of a property we were about to list for sale. We had already had two agents give us a listing valuation of 220k, we showed Steven one of them. The survey appeared to go well, Steven said it would be online in 24 to 48 hours. Three days later, after I'd emailed his office only not to receive a response, it eventually appeared with the valuation of just 190k, yes 30k lower than the two estate agents!!! No reason was given in the report, everything was marked 1 apart from two 2's for minor items. Beware of Steven from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors in Aberdeen.
We had Steven survey our property last week. The appointment was nice and straight forward with no issues at all. Seven was really reassuring and allowed a nice chilled out appointment. We hen received the home report in time to get our house on the market for the weekend which we really hoped for. Massive thanks to Steven and Shepherd's. 100% recommended!
We found Shepherds to be very efficient with the visit and preparing the survey report for the property. The online portal was also easy to navigate. Would highly recommend this company.
Having been directed to Shepherd Chartered Surveyors by Aberdein Considine, we are pleased to say that the survey was arranged and carried out promptly. The surveyor was polite at all times and issued a Home Report that provided a true reflection of our property. If asked in the future, I would highly recommend the Company if approached by colleagues or friends requiring similar services.
The surveyor was very professional, took on board all the information I gave them in advance, and communicated clearly and effectively.
Very happy with the support received from Shepherds with valuation and condition report in preparation for the sale of our house
