Couldn’t have had a better experience with AJ Walton! We requested a survey for a house we were buying last month. Mellissa was very quick at replying to my emails and giving me information over the phone. We had the report back within a week and I immediately rang Alan to discuss in more detail. He gave me lots of great advice which resulted in me withdrawing my offer from the property (due to structural concerns). We have placed an offer on another property and will be using Alan’s services again! Would highly recommend!
I’ve used AJ Walton twice now and can’t fault the service. They are very reasonably priced and provide extremely detailed reports. Alan has always been happy to jump on calls to talk through any of the findings, which is incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.
If I could give more stars, I would! What a brilliant service from AJ Walton Surveying from start to finish. Melissa was available at all times to get the survey booked in and answer any questions. The survey was arranged within a week, and I received the report the week after. The report was extremely thorough, with Alan providing as much detail as possible. He was also available for follow-up calls to discuss any queries. Alan was friendly, informative, and gave me excellent advice, talking me through the pros and cons of a BISF house. For the cost and the quality of service, it’s outstanding. I would definitely use them again!
