Very efficient service from Wakefields surveyors. The survey requested was level 2 but the report was far more in-depth than I had expected with advisory’s for minor points found. The survey was carried out as a matter of urgency and found the response communication to any queries I had were answered immediately with a full explanation. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wakefields for any surveying requirements.
