Michael was efficient and thorough with the survey on my purchase . He was readily available to answer my questions on receipt of the report . This is the second time Michael has carried out a survey for me and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a survey - home buyer's or full survey - both were detailed and accurate and guided my pathway .

Mike did an excellent job for us. He is thorough and professional. Cannot recommend him more highly. We have used his services twice now. The first time, he found a lot of issues with a house we were looking to buy and I am so relieved we got that information from him and chose not to buy it accordingly! The second time, Mike again did a great job. He even called me to go through everything and make sure I understood the report properly.
