I had a level 2 survey completed for a first time purchase, Chris was quick & professional with the communication. The report was very thorough and reasonably priced, would highly recommend.

From enquiry, to appointment, survey and report receipt, Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional service and arranged access despite the poor communication from the vendors agent. The report was received within a couple of days. It was comprehensive and highlighted the all issues with a timeline on when they would need to be remedied by. Cannot recomend highly enough.

Chris carried out a full survey for me for a 3 bed property , I had observed some external cracks and I was worried about its condition.
