Moved june 2024. I found CLC to be efficient and very accessible. They were recommended by the local estate agents. No grumbles at all, and happy to recommend. Beware of surveyors who don't even come from the local area but live 100 miles away but offer a cheaper survey. Use an experienced local surveyor that estate agents use.
