Absolutely dreadful. Cancelled my viewing last minute stating the property has been let, which I have found out on the grapevine is a lie. Ruined everything. Avoid. Liars and shoddy.

We went with Mallard Swansea for a Level 2 survey on our first home purchase everything was explained and very easy to communicate we will definitely be returning customers for our next home

Avoid highly unprofessional and fabricate negative information. Rhodri came to value our property and fabricated false facts about the property so our application was denied! All of which could have been dealt with during his visit as I was with him the entire time but asked no questions in regards to the issues he raised. I’ve been in property for many years and have dealt with too many surveyors to count but have never experienced such unprofessionalism as we experienced with Mallard AVOID at all costs. Pay peanuts get monkeys!!! Don’t waste your time on these guys !!!

Mallards have been very helpful and professional in our purchase of a home compromised by historic structural repair. Jason gave us sound advice and was very knowledgeable, accessible and helpful. Laura dealt with all communications with humour, speed and efficiency. Would recommend

Paid £510 for a property survey. They missed 1cm holes drilled in every window pane. Which cost £3k to fix. I didn't approach them to get a refund due to the hassle etc.

Don't work with them, have no ability to value houses, clueless surveyors, rude, don't handle complaints. Small firm with no real business acumen, overcharge. Give my money back for your shoddy services.
