What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Hurley & Davies Ltd is a party wall surveyor practice based in Llansamlet, Swansea, and handles instructions relating to residential surveys. A customer account describes an inspection of a home in early August 2026 that was understood to be independent, but the resulting report appeared on the firm's headed paper with Trivallis named as the client and the landlord shown as the instructing party.
The same account notes that the company's own website refers to around three thousand surveys completed for Trivallis. According to the customer, the visit took place after an extended dry period, and moisture readings, external staining and evidence of silverfish were treated as less significant than expected. The matter was subsequently pursued through the firm's internal complaints process.

Survey of my home on 5 August 2026. I was told this was an independent inspection. The report is on Hurley & Davies headed paper, the client is named as Trivallis, and it was instructed by the landlord. The firm’s own website says they have completed about 3,000 surveys for Trivallis. The visit was after a long dry spell. Moisture readings, external staining and silverfish evidence were downplayed. I have raised this through the firm’s complaints process.
