I was totally amazed by Surveyor Stephen Matthews of CPM Building Surveyors. I needed a property survey for a house we are buying and saw the Company had a 5 star rating on google. I contacted Stephen Matthews who did a house survey for us and I was very impressed with his work to say the least. We could not fault him at all. From start to finish Stephen was very professional, carried out our survey very soon. Great turn around. Survey was done in one day and report received the next day. We would not hesitate to recommend Stephen to anyone. He e-mailed a very clear, detailed 88 page report with high quality photos of any areas of concern. Stephen then rang us and discussed the report in great detail with clear explanations and great communication. He helped us every step of the way. He is very personable, timely, efficient, very competent in his work, and I could not fault him. Stephen you were just brilliant and fully deserve your 5 star ratings. I would recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone. Very well done Stephen.

This is the second time I’m using CPM Bulding Surveys. Great service from start to finish. The turnaround time on the survey was incredibly fast, which really helped keep things moving. The report itself was detailed, clear, and highlighted key issues we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves. Communication was professional and efficient throughout. We've used Steve twice now and I've been recommending him to everyone I know. Steve gets the report to you the next working day after the survey, and he follows up the report with an in depth phone call explaining everything in detail. Plus his fee was only £25 more than the cheapest quote - his prices are very reasonable for the time he puts in! All of the points in his reports have photos so you know what he's talking about and where, he goes into so much detail and you can tell he cares! He's friendly, flexible and absolutely sterling to work with. Wouldn't use anyone else now - Steve please never retire haha!
