I recently contacted Northwood Sunderland for a property valuation and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the local market and the best approach for selling. Aaron carried out the valuation and was very informative, providing honest advice and a clear understanding of what my property could achieve. Mariz and Tia were also extremely helpful, keeping communication clear and making the whole experience straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Northwood Sunderland to anyone looking for a professional and reliable estate agent.

Needed a RICS credited valuation for my DMV property and the team were nothing but helpful. I ran into some issues getting the valuation price agreed with the council and James went above and beyond to support me and send further information to counteract the councils response. This resulted in a positive much needed outcome and we were able to get the council to compromise on the price. Every penny counts in this climate and the support from James to be able to go back to the council and take it further was exceptional. During such a busy festive time the contact was always there and I would throughly recommend the services!
