The whole service was very prompt and professional from start to finish. Neil carried out the damp and timber survey and got the survey report out to us. I have to admit I didn't quite understand elements of report and explanations at first, and became more confused than I was before the survey. Neil was very accommodating and was happy to explain everything to my uncle who would be able to appreciate exactly what Neil was saying. It helped us in understanding what we were looking at wasn't worse case scenario and put our minds at rest. Would highly recommend.

I understand now why the peeled paint happened from the leaking water in the bathroom where the sealant was not completely full and it left a small gap in the corner was done by the previous owner. Excellent communication pre appointment. Punctual on the day of survey. Neil was personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly with a wealth of experience.
