The service from the initial contact with Claire was excellent who explained the different options of the inspection process. The surveyor report was thorough, clear and easy to read. The surveyor identified some critical issues and included some clear guidance within the report. Communication via email and phone were answered quickly. The inspection happened on time with a full detailed report available within 48hours. Overall a very good service.
