Assurvey Ltd

Excellent service from start to finish. Andrew was very professional, thorough, and easy to deal with. The survey was detailed and clearly explained, and delivered promptly. The survey cost was very competitive and i should say the most reasonable amongst other I have seen. I would definitely refer Assurvey to my friends who will be having the need for RICS Valuation very soon. Thank you Assurvey.

We were very impressed by the survey undertaken by Andrew Morey, prior to our buying our next house. The report was promptly done, detailed, thorough and very comprehensive. The guidance and points raised were very helpful in moving forward. The pictures and drone footage made things easier to understand and gave a different perspective. Excellent. Highly recommended.

This is my second time using A S Survey, and they continue to deliver outstanding work. Andrew conducted our latest Homebuyers Report, and the quality was excellent. The depth of detail and the clear photographs really stood out and made the report easy to understand. I would definitely recommend them.

I used Assurvey for a level 2 survey when purchasing my first property. I was pleased with the efficiency of the service and Sara and Andrew were helpful. I will mention that the survey did have a couple of mistakes which I did find a little disappointing. Overall I would recommend this place!

Excellent service from Assurvey Limited. Andrew, the valuation surveyor, was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and the report was delivered quickly and clearly. Highly recommended.

Can’t tell you how thankful I am for Andrew’s survey! I’m a first time buyer and having this survey has identified the known issues and also enabled me to reduce the amount I purchased my house for. The report is so thorough and Andrew also took time afterwards to go through the report with me, identifying the main issues and things that perhaps are longer term issues. Would absolutely recommend Andrew and Sara.
