Paul from Calsurv was outstanding from start to finish. His response time was impressively fast, which immediately put us at ease, and his professionalism shone through in every interaction. The survey itself was carried out with real care and attention to detail and it gave us complete confidence in the information we received. What really set Paul apart, though, was how helpful he was in answering all of our questions. We used Calsurv for a Level 2 building survey. The service was excellent throughout the whole process, starting with my initial phone call with Hannah giving me advice as to the type of survey needed, the efficiency of booking the appointment and the speed with which the building survey was completed. The report was finished in 24 hours and was incredibly detailed, giving us all the information we needed. I am sure we will be referring to it for months to come for alterations/repairs we wish to make. The offer of a phone call to discuss any details in the report was incredibly appreciated. We did not in fact need this as the report was so detailed and answered all of our questions. A big thank you to Hannah and Paul - and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
I used Calsurv for a level 3 survey on a property in Fulham. The survey was conducted less than a week after my instruction, and the report was received 2 working days later. It was thoroughly detailed, and Paul offered a follow up call to discuss once I had read through the report. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease with regards to the report findings by explaining the cost + logistics that would be required to put right issues raised by the survey, and was able to answer additional questions I had following the call over email. Super detailed survey that helped us understand in detail areas within the property we were purchasing that required attention. 6 months after the survey, we still end up referring to the report and reaching out to the super helpful team for ongoing survey.
