You can stop looking for surveyors now as Neil and his team at EOS surveyors will bring more value than just surveying. I used EOS to carry out a schedule of condition (SoC) for a commercial lease. Not only did Neil carry out a comprehensive survey with sharp attention to detail including drone shots of the roof, he also invested a lot of time dealing with the landlords surveyors and solicitors to ensure the correct wording was used in the lease to maximise protection.
