James provided a detailed and very useful report, supported by ongoing explanations of what our building needed. He made difficult concepts accessible and clearly has a passion for older buildings. Superb communication in a timely manner. Will definitely be using his services again in the future.

The whole process was very efficient—I paid on Thursday, and the survey was carried out the following day. The report was then sent to me on the Monday. Very happy with the service.

The survey was done much quicker than I expected which was very good. However, I must add that the writing is so small it is almost unreadable. This is the third survey I’ve had done on properties. The others buy another Surveyor which were written much more clearly. I wouldn’t actually use again, but I’m not going to have to go now but I wouldn’t because the writing just so small so unclear
