Marwood completely restored our confidence in the process. From the outset, communication was professional and the survey itself was extremely detailed. The report highlighted a number of important issues with the property that we would not necessarily have identified ourselves and gave us a much clearer understanding of what needed further investigation before exchange. Tanya was particularly helpful. After receiving the report, we had several questions and wanted clarification on some of the findings. She took the time to speak with us directly, talked through our concerns in detail and provided reassurance and further explanation where needed. Marwood were also responsive by email and followed up on the points we raised. Buying a house is stressful enough, and after our previous experience with another company, having a surveyor who was thorough, approachable and willing to properly discuss the report made a huge difference. We are very happy with the service we received from Marwood Surveyors and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a professional and comprehensive building survey. Special mention to Rajak too as he was extremely helpful on the phone too whenever I needed to call.

So pleased and impressed with the service received from Marwoods. Reception team were always kind and helpful during each contact. Our Surveyor Tanya was also exceptionally brilliant and went above and beyond! Completed the survey and provided us with the report promptly and efficiently. After receiving the report, we had a few questions about the class use of the property that she was happy to research and support us with during a stressful time and at short notice. So glad we had the valuation report completed too as we managed to save thousands off the final purchase price which we were so pleased with.
