James Merewether could not have been more helpful: explaining what had to be done (more than AI had told me!), and promptly responding to our various calls and emails to get the initial notice served quickly. He then did the condition survey, wrote it up promptly, liaised with the neighbour’s surveyor despite James being on holiday, and then served the Final Award.
