This was made even better by the speed of responses to this referral and follow ups when I had questions. Josh Schwegler was excellent. He understood that we had some concerns and dealt with these accordingly in his survey which was received only a few days after he had attended the property. The survey report was very thorough and reassuringly comprehensive. Josh then answered some initial questions and follow ups by email before we had a very detailed call when he explained and clarified certain findings in the survey. Josh’s previous experience working for Southwark Council was invaluable in dealing with a number of our concerns. Highly recommended.

RES have provided me with excellent service regarding building surveys we’ve had undertaken by them.
