Brilliant, personal service from start to finish. I found Silverline (and in particular Jon Cobbold) from the HTB website as I needed a valuation done in order to redeem a HTB loan linked to a property sale. The correspondence was swift, the valuation professional and the RICs report provided in a super-speedy timeframe (same day)! Spending money on this type of valuation may be galling but Silverline made it less of a chore with their professional approach. I hope I don't require their services again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

The surveyor Jon Cobbold was punctual, professional, and thorough throughout the visit. He carefully inspected the site, explained the process clearly, and addressed all my questions with patience. His work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I was looking to sell my home which is on a Section 106 scheme and it was reassuring that Jon knew exactly what that entailed and demonstrated much more competency than another big name brand I spoke to. Jon managed to complete the survey on the same day he visited which was really helpful as there are often delays having to deal with the council awaiting their confirmation. Would highly recommend to anyone, competitive price and just a nice dude!
