Jamie did a fantastic job at snagging my new build. He was professional and friendly while at the property, and the report arrived promptly after he finished. The report was comprehensive and well-structured, easy to understand, and complete with photographs of the highlighted issues. It was easily worth the money considering the issues that were found, and I can highly recommend NES if you're looking for a snagging service.

We’re so pleased we chose to have a post completion snagging report undertaken by NESnagging. Jamie was incredibly thorough and spent a great deal of time working through our new house. We have an extensive, detailed, and evidenced report which we have shared with our builder for remedial works to begin. Some of the snags identified were for items which could build up issues over time (such as damp) and weren’t necessarily obvious to the untrained eye. Our report is definitely a valuable investment as we begin our new build journey and we would highly recommend NE Snagging.

Really glad I used North East Snagging for my new build inspection. The report was thorough and well organised, flagging issues I wouldn’t have spotted myself, which made it much easier to hold the builder accountable for getting things fixed. Well worth the money. Jordan is clearly very experienced and was great, friendly and very informative. We would never have picked up on most of the stuff including a defect relating to fire safety. Very comprehensive and easy to read report that was sent through really quickly. Highly recommend!
